Donations made through seraphina-ra.com are voluntary contributions that support the continued creation of content, teachings, and community resources.
Because donations are voluntary contributions, all donations are final and non-refundable.
If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the request.

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all digital product sales are generally final.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
If Seraphina-Ra offers live programs, workshops, or courses, refund terms may be provided at the time of registration.
Unless otherwise stated, refunds for live programs may be available up to 48 hours before the program begins.
After that time, refunds may not be possible due to preparation and limited space.
Payments and donations are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Seraphina-Ra does not store credit card information.
Any payment disputes or chargebacks will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.
Seraphina-Ra understands that unexpected situations can occur. Refund requests made due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Seraphina-Ra.
